We started Footing Financial to be the whole financial team for construction companies, from CFO leadership down through the back office. That means the bookkeeping and AP and AR get done right, the reporting is clean and current, and there is a senior partner to think through the hard calls with. Not a report thrown over the wall, but someone in the room when you decide whether to take the next job.
We are based in Miami and work with construction businesses across the United States, from specialty subs and trades to general contractors and developers. The engagements are hands-on, the relationships are long, and the goal is always the same: fewer cash surprises, better decisions, a more durable business.
